Come alone or bring a friend to share the laughter and the unique experience of dancing and meditating in a forest setting.
The session will start with an open ceremony to ground our energies and return our awareness back to the body and the present moment. Followed by a fun and free-spirited dance (not sure what Chakra Dancing is, click here to find out) in a private and secluded field which will allow us to connect with the sounds of nature. The event will end with a relaxing meditation and a mini sound bath, with a chance to mingle with likeminded people at the end.
In the event that the weather doesn’t allow us to dance outside, we will dance in the beautiful Forest themed yurt, which is equally as magical as being outside.
