The session will start with an open ceremony to ground our energies and return our awareness back to the body and the present moment. Followed by a fun and free-spirited dance (not sure what Chakra Dancing is, click here to find out) in a private and secluded field which will allow us to connect with the sounds of nature. The event will end with a relaxing meditation under the stars on the warm nights, or in the yurt on the colder nights with a chance to mingle with likeminded people at the end.
